International Sustainable World Energy Engineering Environment Project Olympiad (I-SWEEEP)

The M-BEAM experiment won the “Silver Medal 2011” in the category engineering of the International Sustainable World Energy Engineering Environment Project Olympiad (I-SWEEEP). It is one of the biggest contests for pupil projects in the world. After passing the pre-competition against pupil projects all over the world the M-BEAM project was able to accomplish, as the single project team for Austria in the category engineering, at the final event in Houston (USA). The team got distinguished at the great I-SWEEEP award show and received a certificate, the “Silver Medal” and the trophy money with the amount of $ 600.
